1.1 Upon acceptance of the quote. The Client will receive an invoice for the full amount but only 50% is due for the deposit immediately. The remaining balance is discussed in point 1.21.2 Once the work has been completed and signed off by the client. The remaining balance and any extra charges (agreed and discussed before Super Llama starts work on the project) is due by the date specified on the invoice.1.3 Late PaymentsAutomated reminders are sent 2 days before the invoice due date. There is a 1 week grace period after the invoice due date where no late fees will be applied. Once that week has passed there is a flat rate of £50 per week for late payments.
2.1 Delivery Time’s are highlighted in the initial confirmation email but once the final shoot for the project has taken place we aim to have the project wrapped up within 30 days. 2.2 Delivery of assets will be provided via a secure link
3.1 Cancellation/Postponement by the client with less than 1 week notice will be liable for 50% of the shoot cost plus any additional charges incurred by Super Llama.3.2 The client is allowed to postpone once.
4.1 Throughout the production process; a policy of public liability insurance with £2 Million pounds cover per claim, or series of related claims. Super Llama will manage any incidents which occur because of its staff or equipment.
5.1 All Confidential Information disclosed by a party to the other party (before or after the date of the Agreement), shall be held in confidence and used only for the purpose of performing the Agreement and using the Deliverables.
6.1 Projects will be stored for 1 year. After which if the client would like Super Llama to continue storing them then an archiving charge will occur (billed annually).
